Goya Adobo line Package Sketches

So here are sketches for both the structure which wil more than likely be made of plastic... since its cheap to make and well, the best to keep seasonings.

  1. I like the idea of typography becoming the design. It looks looks good. Also, that one with the die cut looks interesting. I like the design (easy, clean, and fun).

  2. I like #2 because everything is clear and easily readable and also because of the die cut. =)

  3. I like the fun design of four and six. If you use a clear plastic, you won't have to put an image of the spices on the container.
Design No.3 works with the concept of the spices, because they have their own "personality (taste)."

  4. Sketches are really good (they don't suck at all)! In terms of structure, I like #4 and #6, it would be fun to have several of them (different flavors) on one shelf. However, I think the glass is the best material for container for seasoning, it allows to preserve the aroma and flavor much longer than the plastic ones. The layout #2 is the best attempt, it has negative space which makes the logo to stand out more than on others.

  5. ok as for the structure i like #6 because for the entire line of spices it would like when they are all lined up in ones cabinet and it would save shelf space in the cabinet. as for the labeling i like number 3 i like making the wording the design of the label and with the label and packet together it would interesting very contemporary.

  6. I like design 6 because it gives the brand a distinctive shape which is fun and interesting - good qualities in a spice. I also like that the packages will nest into each other and maintain a basic cube shape and therefore won't waste space.

  7. I like structure two. I think it is different enough without looking out of place. The more organic shapes remind me of small liquer bottles or coffee flavors, not spices. The squarish shape would look good with design 1 or design 2 if you reshaped it to be square.

Spices are dry, crushed items, so pictures of the spices aren't really necessary, and if you use a clear container people can see the spice.
